What is the best LED/LCD 24 Inch PC monitor for under $200?

I am searching for a great LCD computer monitor that is at least 24 inch and full HD 1080p for under $200. Thanks for your recommendations.

ViewSonic are awesome monitors but I would definitely check the new $177.00 HP W2338H 23-Inch Widescreen Monitor. I got it yesterday and it is way better than my ViewSonic.
