Hi, I have this headset and I’m using windows 7 64bit
where can I get the driver for my OS?
Use kextutility to install the kexts. It will automaticatically install the kext and save in the system>library>extensions folder.
@iceman2312 @ where do i put the wifi and audio drivers? in the extensions folder? do they activiate themselves?
Can you confirm me that you booted into 32 bit mode or not?
I installed the driver on the description for wifi, no luck, it tells me “no device”.
Hi, just updated my video description with download link for AD2000b kext (with install instruction) and RT2870 wifi kext. Wifi driver is only for 32 bit and works perfectly. There is a new driver for 64 bit but I found that there is a disconnection problem with the driver.
still cant fix wifi and ethernet….I did not mod my bios I wonder if my problem has something to do with that

hey bro I have the P5Q3-DELUXE motherboard and i managed to install snow leopard on it, the problem im having is that my audio, ethernet, and wifi wont work…..how did you get it to work….i assume that this as something to do with what you mentioned below about kext, how do you install them?? thankx a bunch man,

I can confirm that AD2000b works in both 32 and 64bit kernel. I put “HDAEnabler.kext in System/Library/Extensions/” and “HDAEnabler.kext and AD2000B.kext in Extra/Extensions/”. But for onboard wireless (RT2870) works only with 32 bit kernel.
hey I have the p5q-e with the same sound chip AD2000b.
how on earth did you manage to get it working ?
is it fully working (Mic, line in and all that)
what kext did you use and where did you put it ?
is it full x64 ? I ask this because I think you need 64bit kexts to get it working.
Google installation guide in forums and finally succeeded. Not really difficult really, just need to get the right kexts for your hardwares.
