Custom MAME Arcade Machine
This unit was custom built from scratch using MDF with all screws recessed and hidden. The unit is painted white and has custom graphics applied (black vinyl on sides and full colour on the front). It is also on hidden wheels so it can easily be moved around as required. It includes a 24" LCD monitor, the control pannel is 5mm aluminium and the controls themselves have a lifetime warranty. I have a keyboard encoder also installed so the controls are very reliable (I have not had a single issue since installing the keyboard encoder but used to have issues using hacked usb gamepads). The machine is powered by a P4 PC running MAME, controlled by the Game Ex menu system but also has Nintendo, Xbox, Playstation and other emulators available. I built the machine so I could play all the old street fighter series (mainly hyper fighting and champion which are my favourites). The MAME software allows you to run 1000s of old arcade games which can be downloaded from the interest for free and are very small files.
