Your monitor has preset settings. If you change these settings and the monitor senses they are not one of the presets it tells you. Go into the monitor menu and load a preset.
One way to find out if the LCD monitor is working is by shining a light or torch straight at it. You'll see a kind of dim faint image as the light is reflected off the white thing behind the LCD. To repair your monitor, refer to the guide below. It's got schematics and diagrams to do it yourself.
Did a quick Google to have a look at Dunlop bikes. Looking at the style of 24" hardtails that they produce, I would say yes, since the child seat will attach to the seat post.
Your other option is the child chariot style cart, which will attach to the lower part of the rear triangle.
The only bike that you will have issues with would be a budget full susser, where the seat post is not long enough to attach the seat to, in which case you are stuck with a charriot.

go to the main menu of the ps3 then go to the settings tab> display settings> Video output settings then choose your input type then choose automatic
if this doesnt do 1080p go to video output settings again and then choose custom then tick 1080p

I'm trying to find how to make it HD, but to make it full screen, go to render a video, select "Default template"(which should be below the file type selector) and hit "custom" to the right of that drop down list. At the bottom of the window that pops up, there should be tabs that say "Project", "Video", "Advanced Video", "Audio" and "System". Select video and then find "aspect ratio". It's on the right side of the window. Select "16:9" for that and then at the top, there should be "Template: Default Template". Rename it to "Full Screen", and hit the little floppy disk at the top to save it. You can now render in full screen when you have "Full Screen" enabled
(sorry my explanation was confusing, I'm not good at explaining things xP)
